Welcome to Immigreen Consulting. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or engaging in any consultation or representation service.

1. Nature of Services

Immigreen Consulting, led by Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Mehdi Nafisi, provides professional immigration representation and consultation services under the regulatory framework of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Immigration consultations (paid or free)

• Application preparation and representation before IRCC and Service Canada

• Strategic case assessment and guidance on temporary and permanent immigration matters

• Assistance with complex cases under humanitarian and compassionate grounds (H&C), sponsorship, study, work, and visitor applications.

2. Consultations

a. Free Consultations

Free consultations are brief and informational in nature. They are intended to provide general guidance only and are based on limited details provided by the client.
No formal advice or representation relationship is established during a free consultation.
The information shared is not a substitute for personalized legal or strategic advice and cannot be relied upon as such.

b. Paid Consultations

Paid consultations allow for a more detailed review of the client’s background and immigration goals. Advice provided during a paid consultation is specific, strategic, and supported by relevant law and policy.
A written summary or next-step recommendation may be provided when applicable.
Payment for a consultation does not create a continuing retainer unless a Retainer Agreement is signed for representation.

3. Representation Agreement

A formal Retainer Agreement must be signed before any representation is undertaken. The agreement clearly outlines:

• The scope of work

• Professional fees and payment structure

• Obligations of both consultant and client

• Termination conditions
  No representation is provided, and no documents are submitted to IRCC or Service Canada until the agreement is executed and the initial payment (if applicable) is received.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information and documentation. Failure to disclose material facts or to cooperate in a timely manner may result in termination of service.
Immigreen Consulting is not liable for delays, refusals, or outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide accurate and up-to-date advice, immigration outcomes depend on the discretion of government authorities.
Immigreen Consulting cannot guarantee the approval of any application or outcome.
Our responsibility is to provide professional service, diligent preparation, and honest representation based on the information available.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

All client information is treated as confidential and handled in compliance with CICC’s Code of Professional Conduct and privacy laws.
Client data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Refunds and Payments

All fees are clearly defined in the signed agreement. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has begun.
Refunds for representation services are handled as outlined in the individual retainer agreement, in accordance with CICC guidelines.

8. Website Use

Information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal or professional advice.
While every effort is made to keep content accurate and current, Immigreen Consulting assumes no responsibility for reliance on website material without a formal consultation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in British Columbia.
